Can I commiserate with people who also are doing IF and food service? Opening at my cafe today and good god I am so hungry around all the delicious pastry smells. Can’t eat for another 3 hours though ðŸ˜
I’m a teacher and one of my kid’s birthday was yesterday. Mom sent in two rainbow layered cakes with sprinkles. I was cutting it to serve and it smelled so freaking good. Hard to resist - but I just took a slice home to share with my hubby during my eating window. Was I tempted to lick my fingers? Absolutely! But I stood firm!
