Im a male, approaching my 40s with the quickness and Im trying to keep the old T levels up as much as possible. Ive been reading about IF and there seems to be mixed reviews on T-levels while doing it. Has anyone tried checking levels before and after? Or are there any bulletproof studies out there? Thanks all!
This is from Wired magazine and it’s expressly about what a myth Low T is and has always been.

Inside that, you can chase that scientific article in JAMA further expounding on the same topic.
I know there’s a huge industry built around making testosterone available to men, but it’s largely founded on lies, or misplaced blame on erectile dysfunction.
Of course I’m just some random dude.
