I use the Zero app, here’s a screenshot I took so you can see what it looks like, I think it does what you’re asking. I started fasting at exactly 7:00pm last night, so it tells me what time I can start eating tomorrow (5:00pm based on my 22 hr fast). You can set the fasting window for as much or as little as you want and I think you can have it send it reminders too (but I have those turned off).

The only thing it doesn’t do that it sounds like you’re looking for is have an already built in start time that’s saved in the app, you have to actually go in and click “start fast” on the app when you begin your fasting window each day. I happen to like this because my fasting start time isn’t always exactly the same; sometimes it’s 5:30, sometimes it’s 6:15, sometimes it’s 7:00, etc.
