I’ve been doing IF for about two weeks, and I’ve noticed that my skin has been breaking out a bit more. I’m usually spotless. Does anyone else have this issue?
I had this issue when I started and consulted my Dr. he said it was due to a vitamin deficiency. So now I take a multi, calcium citrate with d, and 1000mg b12 per his orders.

Eating less and fasting in and of itself can’t cause acne, but if you’ve altered your diet and/or increased the portions of certain foods as a consequence of your narrowed eating window, that could cause acne. Depending on the given individual’s sensitivities.
So what are you eating, and how much of it are you eating compared to your diet prior to IF?
