Currently on day three 16:8 IF. Mostly wanting to do this to see if it helps my anxiety and chronic pain. Anyone seen benefits in those two areas?
I have bad anxiety and still have anxiety. I do think my daily exercise is helping, but I don’t think it has much to do with my fasting but more with endorphins from exercise.
