IF for shift workers?

I used to work a 9-5 but I got a new position doing shift work, where sometimes I work nights. How do those of you who work shift work ‘change’ your eating window? 12-6 doesn’t work consistently as I’m sleeping this times when I work nights. My schedule changes weekly and I don’t know how to go about changing my window. Thanks!

Answer

Can you just do X hours after waking? So like, if you wake at 8 and open your window at 12, that’s X = 4, so if next week you wake at 10pm (I have no idea when night shift is lol), 10 + 4 = 2am. It’ll balance out in the end, and adapts to whatsver work schedule you have. This also keeps it a consistent time after waking.
