Looking to get into fasting, but only want to do 3 days per week. Timing is more or less between 7pm - 11am next day.
Goal is not necessarily to lose weight, just other benefits such as metabolism, mental clarity etc etc.
Sounds like a good start, a time to try out something new. I read in one of the IF books that people who fast even less than that reap some benefits. I found it much easier than I thought it would be, but I’m only a few weeks in. Good Luck!
