Hey, I have been fasting for 3 days now and I want the fast to last until January 1st. I feel so exhausted rn, I want coffee so bad. Just wondering tho if I have one mug of espresso coffee with no added stuff, will it break the fast? if so I will not have it.
No you wont break it. Black coffee and tea is fine to drink during fasting.
Go and get that energy boost! I always find day 3 the worst as in energy levels but it comes back and easier once past that day. Well it is for me anyway.

A mug or a shot of espresso?
I drink a lot of black coffee. I recently cut it out. I’m using caffeine pills to get me over the hump. This fast has been so much easier and I put a lot of that down to the fact I’m not drinking coffee on an empty stomach. I’m on your 70 and I have so much more energy than last time. I’m taking about 1/3 the amount of caffeine in pill form than I was drinking.
