Maybe an unpopular opinion: I think it’s better to have a slightly lower amount of weight loss than to stop taking your meds bc you think they’ll interfere. Especially 3 hours in, you’ll be digesting your dinner still and 10 calories shouldn’t make any noticeable difference at all in your fast’s effectiveness
If the benefits you are looking for is insulin related so that you stop storing fat and start burning it, then yes, it absolutely will stop fat burning until the insulin is processed or if your blood again several hours later.
