Hello! I’ve been doing IF for about 5 years. Yes, your body will eventually get used to it by way of your stomach actually shrinking making you feel full sooner. As for breaking fast and not eating great food: that’s just gonna be a combination of strategically planning your fast times to line up with your daily needs and mental toughness. You really have to want it. If I were you, I would definitely make sure that my eating window included my workout time. It’s important to recover properly and nourish your body.
