For short term gains, sure, it’ll work just fine.
Long term, however, it’s just not feasible. At some point you’ll have to have more carbs than keto allows, and when you go off keto, you’ll gain weight back (water weight mostly, but it’ll show in your stats) and you might even feel like crap.
So short term fine, long term for me is a no-go.

75 grams of Fat
30 grams of Carbs
I work out first thing in the morning for an hour on an empty stomach and I feel great.
