IF paired with no carb or sugar

Has anyone done IF with a more keto style meal diet? What’s your opinions on this? Is it more beneficial then to add bad carbs and added sugars? So far I have been doing this style and feel great. I do light cardio sometimes also. I did a 10 day water fast 08/04/22 and right after I’ve been doing a more keto style diet to prevent sugar cravings and weight gain.

For short term gains, sure, it’ll work just fine.

Long term, however, it’s just not feasible. At some point you’ll have to have more carbs than keto allows, and when you go off keto, you’ll gain weight back (water weight mostly, but it’ll show in your stats) and you might even feel like crap.

So short term fine, long term for me is a no-go.

That is what I do and I don’t suffer any hunger pangs at all. 16:8

150 grams of Protein

75 grams of Fat

30 grams of Carbs

I work out first thing in the morning for an hour on an empty stomach and I feel great.
