Yep! You have it exactly right! And for now, just try to increase your unsaturated fats! They will help with that cholesterol levels! Also keep an eye out for foods with cholesterol on the labels too!

The best fats are the monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and some great sources are chia and flax seeds! Add them to everything!

It’ll be unsaturated then. They don’t need to add unsaturated fat to nutrition labels so they rarely do. As far as I am aware there are only saturated, trans, and unsaturated fats (with unsaturated sub variants).
