IF with F45 (functional training) ?

I have been doing IF, mostly OMAD, for the last 1.5 years. This has become my lifestyle and has lost more than 30 lbs. I hit the platue almost 3 months back and felt like my body was ready to take some exercise. 1 month back, I started f45. It’s a type of high intensity functional training. I take the noon class, which is in my fasting window. I generally eat between 3 - 5 PM every day. I exercise in a fasted state at noon and come back by 1 PM. Eat eggs or nuts and oranges around 3 and dinner around 5(same quantity as before)

The problem is that despite adding (intense) exercise, i have not lost any weight in last month. I might have lost inces ( not too noticeable), but no weight loss. I understand that i might have gained muscle(?) hence the scale might not move.

Can someone think of what’s going on here ? What can I change/add to achieve weight loss ? Should I eat protein rite after the exercise, i don’t want anything for 2 hours after the exercise? I need to lose 15 - 20 more pounds to reach 25 BMI.

Any input is appreciated.

You’ve answered yourself here. The goal for most of us is fat loss (which you’ve likely had), not weight loss. Be patient and you’ll start losing weight again.
