Every few months, I get bored and find a new food and I eat it solely for the next few months. This month is Mexican chicken and tomatoes. In addition to intermittent fasting, I do keto to reduce my seizures.
I make a giant salad with a base of baby greens and then add some or all (depending on the day) of steamed cruciferous veggies, kelp or hearts of palm pasta, nuts, olives, roasted garlic cloves, nutritional yeast. Then a protein which is usually shrimp or sardines and top it off with a dressing made from Sir Kensington’s mayo or EVOO Italian seasoning, ACV and cyanne pepper. It is extremely filling and satisfying! Ok, now I’m hungry, lol.
Most days my go to foods are fish, baked sweet potato and rice (brown or white). To avoid eating desserts, when I go out, I always carry a tootsie pop with me, it’s been my lifesaver definitely less calories than cakes, pies & cookies.
3 sweet chilli vegan tenders with loads of salad, like a little mountain of salad lol. So crunchy I love it! Salad is just mixed bag of lettuce, carrots spinach etc, then I chop up lots of cherry tomatoes with sprinkle of salt, vegan mayo and drizzle of tomatoe sauce.
Arghhhhhhh I should stop.. I’m fasting right now and I’m getting hungry
