If you feel like you're felling off the wagon

I just wanted to share those two things for those who feel like they are felling off the wagon of Intermittent Fasting :

If you’ve been fasting for a while, even if you didn’t achieve your results, you are now closer from your goals, and you’d regret if you came back at the starting point.

Small progress is better than no progress

Hope this is helpful!

Same here. Lost 20 lbs in a few weeks. Doing great with OMAD, even on weekends. Made it 90% thru a week of vacation too. Then went out to eat with my family. And got my period a few days later. Now I’m struggling to eat my low calorie allowance now and my weight loss has slowed and bounced around. I’m craving pizza and sweets. I’m struggling with getting into that routine again. BUT I still feel motivated when looking in the mirror and those 20 lbs are obviously no longer hanging around. So I’ll find my groove again. That wagon isn’t out of sight yet.
