You haven’t lost 10lbs.
It’s very, very unlikely that you have lost more than about 3lbs in 4 days. and even that would be extremely high.
It’s reasonable to assume that you’ll lose about half a pound a day if you’re pretty big and/or do a decent amount of exercise.
Anything you’ve lost above that is just water weight that your body has shed.
Fasting isn’t magic. You lose weight because of a calorie deficit and that’s true for any diet, including fasting.
10lbs seems awesome to me. I’m just getting into fasting. Also new to Reddit so can’t post. Can anyone explain to me the days fasting? The thought seems impossible to me and if I was able to accomplish it, how do you keep the weight off that you lost? Thanks for any info!
