You’ve got this . When you start feeling hunger pangs, drink more water, and remember that you will be happier with your fasting accomplishment than any food you could eat. I also find encouragement by looking at progress pictures and reading the stories. You will oftentimes hear the sentiment ‘If they can do it, you can do it.’ I’m currently on day 3 of a 5 day fast, and I’m feeling great. What really helps me is finding things to fill time- video games, tv shows, movies, etc… if you have a hobby, pursue it.
