I’m an experienced Dry Faster and want to test myself in an extended Water Fast (30+ days).
Any recommendations? It’s worth it or should I stick to DF.

If you want to make the effects more profound, start with a dry fast, go as long as you can, and then continue with a water fast after. I’m currently on day 20 of a long fast. The first 10.5 days I did dry.
