Don’t beat yourself up if you are late on one day or maybe even break fast. If you punish yourself with extra fasting hours because one day you were late or life got in the way, you will resent intermittent fasting and quit it.
The whole thing is long term. Meaning you will lose weight over time. But time is the key word here. It took me over half a year go get to my current weight and I would’ve gone insane if I didn’t have the occasional cheat day.
