I’m 38F, at 159 I’m bigger than I’ve ever been and want to get down to my modeling weight which was 139. I meal plan so that I remember to eat on my schedule. Mostly chicken and rice with vegetables and spices. I feel so guilty after a cheat day or night out with drinks. Or sometimes I come home from working and it’s 3am and I eat like 1/2 a pizza because I’m hungry. I’m trying to stick to a schedule. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks (SB)
Are you going to only eat chicken & rice with vegetables to keep the weight off once you lose it? If not, don’t only eat chicken & rice with vegetables TO lose it. It’s not sustainable.
Stick to your eating window and low-glycemic index foods.
