I’m messing up…

So I was doing the snake diet and did a 4 and a half days of water fasting but I ate like crap for the next week after my metabolism wasn’t used to food and I need to stop eating this junk because I want to look better this summer plus it just doesn’t taste that good it’s just easy to get while burning my money.

I want to do keto meals on my re feeds, what do you guys eat on keto re feeds?

just eat vegetables and meat and eggs, not difficult, if you don’t want to eat meat, just eat eggs and maybe some BCAA and EAA supplements, stay away from fat meat, no sugar, no wheat, no dairy and absolutely no vegetable oils!!! If you want some fat for taste just add some Irish butter and salt

Water fasting , you mean snake juice or regular water only? Dont skip them much needed electrolytes.
And stop making excuses about metabolism and shit like that your mind is playing tricks with you. Do shorter fasts if you can’t endure the mental gymnastics. Consistency bro dont give up, goodluck!

I’m not really a snaker but some of the healthier things I eat when I’m not making pizzas and desserts are: eggs, beef, cheese, sardines, butter, low sugar greek yogurt, egg whites from the carton, baby carrots, pecans and other nuts, prunes and 100% cranberry juice. I bake keto friendly versions of my favorite things with erythritol/allulose. I also eat real sugar and regular baked goods on cheat days. I drink apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. 1 tablespoon each 2 or 3 times a day before I brush my teeth. I enjoy everything I eat, well except for the vinegar and the cranberry juice is kind of unpleasant too. I’m not an expert but I’m down 35% BF to 29% in last 90 days doing this routine. No exercise except walking.

I break fast with bone broth, then after 30 minutes I have chicken and veggies and some berries , try and avoid dairy as it tends to jack your stomach up after a fast, I know it does for me, I do rolling 72s

It’s really simple. Make a big salad and have some protein. I find steak effectsy ketosis negatively, so salmon, chicken, eggs.Romaine, cucumber, mayo mustard and ACV dressing, Avocado, some grated cheddar, and a chunk of protein.I don’t care about variety, I like to eat the same basic thing on keto.
