That’s great! I am actually on day 4 myself and was only doing 5 as well to enjoy some football on Sunday but I feel good so thinking of extending to next weekend. I usually start with broths and then work up to yogurt and healthy greens + lean protein. Depends on fast duration. I did a 18 day fast where I did broth for 2 days and then did yogurt and lean protein on the third day.
On longer fast, like 3 +days, I suggest you take it slow with broths, fermented vegetables at least first day. Then, incorporate the foods you’re eating going forward. I personally stay away from all processes foods and keep whole food eating.
