You’ve done a 20 day water fast and you’re still trying to lose weight. Your real problem is that you’re trying to drop weight quickly so you can go back to eating bad food. You need to stop fasting altogether and work on your food. No amount of fasting will fix your relationship with it.
Fasting resets hunger and breaks refined carbs addiction. This should be the goal.
Filonov doesn’t recommend dry fast of more than 5 days at home as our environment is too toxic unlike before. You can also do fractional dry fasts, they do compound,
