Noob to fasting but I did a 40 hour or so fast recently and once I got over the initial hump of hunger I felt amazing. For water fasting, should I drink coconut water periodically for electrolytes? What’s the easiest way to get them and when would I want to ingest them during a fast? Thanks so much in advance, everyone here is very inspiring :)
No, it is not. Has too much natural sugar in it.
Coconut water used to be my Coke/Pepsi for the past few decades. It’s a fantastic drink that’s electrolyte rich and with ample K. It’s not a friend of fasters, diabetics, etc.
