How do you guys stay motivated through a dry fast ? I want to loose weight for an upcoming event ..i don’t want to feel low due to my body so I am trying to look ym best but I’m loosing motivation as I am feeling very hungry
I know some may disagree, but I actually think it’s OK to do some light exercise such as going for a walk outside during a dry fast. No more than 3 miles, keep it chill, but yeah. Your body will “eat” during the walk, as in eat its own body fat, you won’t feel as hungry after. And the walk will have generated some metabolic water also from the fat burned, so you’ll feel less thirsty. Plus, you get some sunlight.
