Not that I mind, but I’ve been 18 for only 2 months and looking back at photos from last september I look so much smoother and more healthy. During that time I haven’t been eating consistently as I moved to a home with people my age for social service and the food there is not as good nor comes as often as it does in my parents home, which leads me to eat outaide more. What should I do to keep my nutrition better? and is it even the problem?
Drink water to stay hydrated. Avoid fast food and sweets if you can - a salad with the dressing on the side versus fried food. Try to eat lots of vegetables and fruit.
Wear sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun - it’s the #1 cause of aging skin. Avoid alcoholic beverages - that also ages the skin per Dr Dray on Youtube. Use gentle skincare products and a moisturizer.
Good luck to you.
