And actually, his refeeds were huge. I think if you’re gonna go as extreme as doing 96s, you really don’t need to have a super small refeed. Eat whatever you want, just keep it as “healthy” as you think you need to. Keto or carnivore, but that guy ate HUGE meals, in 4 hour windows, enjoyed his food. Anywhere from 5000 to 7500 calories. Still lost a ton of weight.

Honestly, IMO, I’d say if you’re gonna do super healthy and small refeeds, then you can just do OMAD or even rolling 48s, because you’ll be able to maintain it better and it’s just more sustainable realistically. You won’t fall off the wagon, or at least less likely. If you’re gonna do 72s or 96s, I’d just say eat whatever.

For example I only eat Wednesdays and Sundays, but with no restrictions. My only rule is to basically get 150 grams protein, minimum.

So I have my own food pyramid that I do my best to stick with…

Meats/AnimalsDairyFruits (berries)Fruits (other)NutsVegetables (usually not)“Junk” Food (no restrictions)

The great thing about following this technique is that you’re usually so full that many times you don’t even make it to the junk foods. The berries are so sweet as is, and the nut mixes are so tasty, it’s almost good enough to satisfy. However, if I really want that donut, spoon of Nutella, or keto ice cream for example, I’ll eat it. No shame and no guilt. Remember this is mostly a psychological battle. Figure out what works for you and you ENJOY doing and can maintain WITH results 👍

Very effective. Check out this guy I’ve been following on YouTube, “Finally Fasting” and I know he’s done 90s, 72s, 48s, variations of all, etc. He lost 90 pounds or more in 11 months I believe. Very entertaining and informative. I even enjoy watching his refeed videos. He was inspired by Cole Robinson 👍👍👍
