None of these ingredients are “harmful” per se, but some of them are definitely things that many health-conscious consumers avoid. Artificial flavors, preservatives, colors, and sucralose are all typically avoided.
I don’t recognize glucuronolactone.I don’t know anything about Blue 1.I haven’t researched DMAE.
At the very least I would classify this as “increases risk of stroke and cancer” because of the presence of alpha-GPC. This is a poorly digested form of choline that can cause gut bacteria to produce lots of TMAO.https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34817582/
I don’t think supplementing B6 is beneficial.
