Answer

Completely common. Your cortisol level good through the roof on a fast. Cortisol blocks melatonin. Melatonin makes you sleepy.

Try a cold shower or some intense exercise to burn off the cortisol. It needs to be sufficient enough to satisfy your body’s fight or flight response.

Answer

I hardly sleep on dry fast. There’s nothing for the body to really process in this perfect state. It’s our divine nature as light bodies to be awake and aware. It’s the matrix programming that puts us to sleep with heavy food, drugs, etc. When I feel frustrated by being awake so much I meditate and ask myself why I want to be unconscious…. What pain am I trying to avoid?…. what creative endeavor am I procrastinating on? … What self care am I leaving out? Stuff like that…. 🙏
