It seems that eating keto would help and accelerate the process of fasting.
Would a keto diet be egal in term of health of a dry fast?
I don’t believe Keto is the best diet for most people because it focuses too much on meat or protein in general. Obviously it all depends on what foods your eating but people who eat nothing but eggs and meat are not really doing it right. Remember amino acids are not your friend.
If your only purpose is to focus on autophagy, yes to keto, but there other things to work on like optimizing diet for turning on the sirtuin pathways.
