Intermitted Dry Fasting: Skipping dinner vs skipping breakfast?

I wonder if it is benficial to rather skip the dinner than the breakfast?
I mean if you finish your last meal and drink at 6 pm and go to bed at 10 pm, you will be done with digesting (at least most of it), and then you’ll sleep and let your body more energy for repair, right?
Isn’t it logical that the body is better repairing stuff at night than in the morning? And that’s why it would be beneficial that the digestion would have the night off?

Answer

Your logic is right. Don’t eat heavy late in the day. The less food in the early stages of digestion(the stomach and first few feet of the small intestine) while asleep the more energy your body diverts towards restoration.
