Intermitten fasting and/or medication...

I have a question: i have to take pills two times a day (with meals - breakfasts, dinner). It’s any way how to include intermitten fasting to my daily routine? Thanks.

Answer

Ask your doctor whether it truly needs to be with a meal, whether just a bite is ok, or whether “with food” isn’t an issue for everyone. Like, some medication is fine with something tiny. If that’s the case, you could find a low-calorie cracker and just have one. If the food recommendation is only because it upsets some people’s stomachs, you might not need to eat with it at all. Either way, start by asking your doctor, or maybe your pharmacist.
