Upper body strength training. Build up your pectoral muscles and the larger muscle will fill out your upper chest and lift the breasts a little. It’s not magic but there is a real difference between skin over flattish upper rib bones going down to sagging breasts and full pectorals leading to less sagging breasts.
I’m 33 and my breasts are not very full and I’m hoping the hormonal effects from IF might help. I have metabolic syndrome which affects my hormones, which negatively affect my breasts. IF should help reverse some of that, I believe. But yeah what the other person said too, a neighbor of mine was a personal trainer and swore by building pecs to keep breasts nice.
Slightly off topic but after losing 85lbs, my last mammogram was a breeze! They weren’t trying to shove all the excess fat on my chest into that machine. My boobs still look pretty good, but I also workout every day.
Autophagy should help with the excess skin, I feel it did when I stopped breastfeeding. I was recently recommended Swanson Ovarian Glandular Support to boost fullness, cause mine never resumed to previous size after that. Too soon for me to tell if it is effective.
