Fruit juice is missing a lot of stuff compared to the whole fruit. Especially a lot of the things that make fruits healthy like fiber and nutrients that are in that fiber.

(Fruit) smoothies are healthy though. Make sure to sip it in a span of 30 minutes and not 5 minutes though, if you are going to drink a meal’s worth of smoothie.

If you blend the fruit then yes, blending retains fibre. It’s the same as normal fruit. If you juice the fruit then all the bits (fibre) is removed so it’s now just sugary vitamin water, which unfortunately will increase blood glucose, & won’t leave you feeling as full. Better to avoid fruit juices if possible. Smoothies are better as they’re blended but nothing will beat whole fruit. Smoothies can be useful for on the go breakfast etc.
