Is 13:11 on top of running in the mornings a good start?

I’m new to IF and rn I’m doing 13:11 on top of 30 minutes of interval running in the morning… on top of working a job afterwards that requires a lot of walking. I was thinking of doing that for a week or so before going straight to 16:8 but so far is this an ok start for someone new to IF?

Definitely. You should always try to ease into fasting. The body will get used to it after a while and it will feel like a breeze.

I’m currently doing 23:1 for 6 days a week (I’m on a cut) and it feels normal to me. Actually I prefer the pre-feeding phase to the lethargy afterwards… just makes me want to go to bed.
