Is 15:9 ok?

I have to get up for work at 5 am and won’t be getting home until 5:30 pm so I was thinking my eating window could be 10am to 7pm

Answer

Unhelpful advice aside, yes it’s fine. We all start our journeys at different points and ultimately need to find something that works for us and our lives. Try it out and see how you do for a few weeks. Maybe you’ll find it’s going well and want to bump it up or you’re happy with it and your progress.

Answer

Yes. How much weight loss you will have depends on too many things. If you get to your goal on this 15:9 then great! If not then you can always increase your fasting window bit by bit. On another comment you said eating at home is hard, so you may find another solutions like taking your meal with you or doing 5:2 instead of fasting every day.
