So I wanted to use the weekend to prepare for my dry fast starting on monday. I’ve read that you don’t advise waterfasting before a dry fast. Does that imply a snake juice fast as well? I wanted to load up on electrolytes for the next 48ish hours, clear my intestine and immediately start my dry fast.
Is that a bad idea?? Advice would be much appreciated
I’m gonna be the rebel in the group and say - yes the Russians tell us not to do this BUT it’s not 100% clear why, or at least I’ve never come across literature explaining it. (Here’s me open to learning!)
So, SJ then dry fast and report back. Listening to your body is the most important aspect. If it feels wrong just stop.
