Is any water too much water?

I currently have to take medication orally and haven’t perfected swallowing the pills dry. Is there a benefit to using the minimum amount of water possible and DF the rest of the day, or does any liquid nullify the specific effects of a dry fast?

Answer

No it’s absolutely doesn’t negate all of the benefits, absolutely go for it a small amount of water once a day will have very little impact. I cured my eczema with dry omad where I drank 300ml once a day and managed to lose 1kg per day

Fasting is scalable: 16:8, OMAD, 48’s, 72’s, 96+, OMAD Dry, ODAD, Prolonged Dry. They all have their level of benefits and those increase with intensity. ODAD is going to be a great routine and give loads of the dry benefits so long as you keep the fluid amount relatively low, I’d say 300ml or less

Answer

Uhm… regardless of whatever the (apparently quite contentious) answer to your question in regarding water, is the question of this medication itself. What is it that you must take even during a fast? Whatever it is, I imagine it will have a significant effect on your fast, wet, dry, or whatever, no?

Answer

Yes, a little sip does. People telling you differently are ill informed. Dr Filonov states that absolutely no water - not even a drop can enter the esophagus. He and all the other fasting specialists are very clear on this point. If you must take the medicine with water, you shouldn’t dry fast.
