Is anyone else sick of basic fasting apps requiring accounts?

I just want a decent looking, no account needed, no subscription app to track the amount of time I’ve fasted with a nice display. Is that really too much to ask?

Why the hell does a fasting app need an account.

Answer

Would you pay like a $4.99 download fee? Just curious. There’s always trade-offs. Software development is a long process and can take a lot of money. So if you do find a free fasting app it’s likely you’ll get a bunch of annoying ads that pop up in the app

Answer

I use Fast Habit, I don’t think they required a separate sign up, but I could be misremembering because I’ve had it for so long. I do believe I paid just a few bucks for it to remove ads, no subscription nonsense. The app is simple, straightforward and nice looking.
