Answer

Probably better off with some actual greens from the grocery.

AG and things like it imo are good in a pinch, or if you travel/stay at hotels a lot it’s a way to get your greens in. Otherwise buy some spinach and broccoli and Brussels sprouts and cook those.

Answer

Tl;dr: not worth it

Those supplement’s benefits are largely unverified, some actually contain harmful or poorly studied ingredients, and any of the more credible of their claims are just as achievable by eating a normal healthy diet. Additionally, using it in conjunction with a normal healthy diet doesn’t provide any additional benefits, and it doesn’t overcome a flawed diet.

Gut health is achieved through consistency, not 1-off power pills/powders. The microbiome is a product of the whole of our diet over time. Using it without a healthy diet doesn’t cover up the unhealthy or even move you closer to healthy, and using it with a healthy diet is entirely unnecessary.

Answer

If you’re willing to spend the money it’s worth it. But there are obviously affordable ways to get these nutrients. I am just honest with myself that I don’t eat as many vegetables as I’d like and it’s a good supplement. Doesn’t hurt my stomach and isThe best tasting of any of the green juices I’ve had and I’ve tried at least ten. Totally overpriced but I mean it works fine for me

Answer

Answer

I don’t think so personally. I tried it and the taste was just disgusting to me. I drank it twice and then just ended up nauseous thinking about the taste for a few hours after. Maybe it could be an acquired taste but I just can’t try it again.

Answer

I haven’t tried it however I do use a greens-ish powder which is essentially a multivitamin with lots of other benefits that absorb better than a multivitamin probably would. Also helps my stomach and gives me an energy boost.

As for Athletic Greens I’m not willing to pay the price but to every person I have seen recommend it are reputable and swear by it as a multivitamin, digestive aid and energy boost.
