Especially because I miss some days lol. Want to know others experiences
I’m on Mirtazapine which is known for appetite increase and weight gain as side effects. Have recently had to put the dose back up and I didn’t want my weight to go up with it like before.
So far so good, sticking to 14-18 hour fasts, I’ve even managed to loose a little rather than gaining as I expected!
