is dark chocolate REALLY bad for you?

Answer

Dark chocolate is only one of many foods that have measurable limits of potentially hazardous elements. Ginger for instance has been known to contain toxic levels of lead (I believe). People eat it constantly, and in some cultures it’s used ubiquitously. The issue isn’t the containment so much as it is the amount consumed.
