I’m somewhat new to fasting and was wondering if I could drink salt water all throughout the day or should I just do a shot of ACV. Also open to new ways to getting electrolytes. Im in college and just need ways to keep my energy up during the day.
I like putting some Mortons lite salt in my water for the sodium and potassium (not enough to make it super salt, maybe 1/2 tsp per 2 L. I drink it through out the day (and often make more) I also like adding a little ACV (or other vinegar like mint infused white wine vinegar) to the water for flavor.
