Is it a bad idea to do a 48-hour fast after having a moderately intense 1 hour workout?

I did OMAD yesterday and there was about an 8 hour gap from the time I ate to the time I went for a run. Before this, I also decided I wanted to try doing a 48 hour fast (I’ve done 24 hours before) and see how it works out. But now that I’m thinking about it, would this actually be bad for me somehow? Any insight is much appreciated!

I don’t see why this should be an issue. I’ve just finished a 48 hour fast and did an easy 8 miler in the middle of it. As ever listen to your body though and if something seems really off consider having something to eat.Might depend how used to exercising whilst fasting you are, if you are anything like me though hunger resets after sleeping anyway. Just make sure to get done salt/electrolytes somehow and plenty of water

I do OMAD 4-5 times a week and sometimes throw a 24-36 hour fast in there. I jog 2 miles about 5 days a week as well as lifting some weights daily. I haven’t really n into any problems with this. If it helps I’m a 41 year old male, cw-180-184lbs. 6ft tall.
