I don’t think I could do it everyday because of work, but on my days off I think I could do but not sure if it’s pointless
I vote ‘not pointless’ and have begun doing the same myself. I’ve recently started two OMADs a week, but then I’ll still do the ol 16:8 fasting on other days. Some days I don’t fast either!
I’m a big believer in not falling into a daily pattern ever since I plateaued with 16:8 in the past. I have a friend that instead of OMAD, he will do one 36 hour fast a week as well but eat normally every day (just cautious to eat healthy and not over eat!)
I personally think it’s fine. If you can do it.
Due to life changes at the time on Monday we’d eat a collosal dinner (by our standards) and I won’t eat again until Tuesday evening. The rest of the week was 18:6.
