It depends what your goal is. If the goal is for weight loss, you’re better off doing it fasted because your body will need to draw the energy from somewhere, and you won’t have glycogen stores available. If the goal is endurance or building muscle, then you’d want to work out on days you’re eating for better performance.

Too many unknowns for anyone to say one way or another what is going to work for your situation. You should experiment to determine which way gives you the most consistency & sustainability.

For me, I find fasting generally easier while busy (work days) as opposed to non work days around the house.
