Logically my opinion it seems better to eat daily small amounts 0.57 oz than eating the 4 oz liver in one day, anyone know this answer? Also I heard there’s too much copper intake in liver so is there another thing that negates it? Thanks!
BONUS Question! does washing it and leaving it in a water bath for like an hour (it turns grey-ish) fine? Does it take too much vitamins out of it?
That’s a great question! And much like so many other facets of diet and nutrition it’s kind of up to your preference. Do you like liver? More honestly, can you see yourself eating half ounce portions of liver realistically every day? I doubt the latter, but if it’s your thing by all means.
