If you’re eating an adequate number of calories and incorporating lots of whole foods like fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, etc into your diet, you should be off to a pretty good start. However, the fewer calories you’re consuming, the more difficult it will be to meet your micronutrient needs without supplements.
If you’re cutting, you should just be mainly cutting simple carbs like bread, rice, pasta which don’t contribute much else anyways
If you otherwise have a balanced diet the main things to supplement are omega 3s, vitamin d, full spectrum minerals, and probiotics.. of course there’s more that be helpful to add, but those ones are primary imo
