I follow an OMAD diet. The only way to eat fruit for me is at the end of my only meal. Is it good or bad to eat fruit at the end of a big meal? Someone say it may cause fermentation, and should be avoided.

omad is extremely restrictive for no good reason and you can just start limiting calories while still eating on multiple occasions per day if your current diet causes you skip basic stuff like fruit
