Is it normal that it’s relatively easy for me to fast on the first 3 days?

I’m on day 3 and I feel quite alright. It’s the first time I’m fasting. I took the opportunity of being so mentally troubled that I couldn’t eat even while forcing myself, to just fast, cause I’m trying to lose weight. So maybe that’s why.

Yesterday night was the first time I felt nauseous and it was difficult but except for that I’m kinda chilling with it. A bit of headache and hunger aches but nothing tormenting or too distracting.

Eating a tiny bit yesterday solved the nausea and it seems it didn’t hurt my weight loss

I really am only speaking about my personal experience , but I find it really easy to fast the first two days when I’m the week before my period or on my period, something about my hormones makes me completely okay with not eating

Then a few days after my period I wanna devour everything until a few days after ovulation, so maybe hormones? Or motivation? Lmao, can’t really give much insight but I’m glad it works for you so well!

Everyone’s different, so what’s normal for others might not be normal for you and vice versa.

For me personally, days 1 and 3 aren’t too bad, but day 2 is the easiest. It’s the only day during an extended fast that I don’t feel any hunger at all. Days 4-5 are the most brutal for me, but I’ve seen others say that for them, day 4 is when it finally gets easy.
